Kids’ sessions – for moral, physical, & mental development

Children have the capacity to grasp the most from their immediate surroundings, without even having to explain them. Sadly, in the new age, the motivation to play and engage in physical activities is decreasing. Elements like technology, lack of healthy atmosphere (pollution, crime, competency race), & sedentary lifestyle of families is creating this distance. Children are turning out to be less empathetic, hyper or isolated, out of focus, & aimless.


We want to engage children in activities where they can learn together and develop their moral, physical, & cognitive self. Physical activity initially helps them balance their metabolism, meaning no more running around to feed them food, they will ask for it. Their addiction for ‘junk’ intake will start to decrease. They will start to create, maintain, and care about real relationships. Their self-image and self-esteem starts to get nurtured. Their responsibility towards self and others start to improve. The energy starts to guide them in the right direction and they embark their journey to become a better version of themselves as they grow into the YOUTH that this world needs.
