Yoga is, perhaps, the most upcoming approach to tune into the body as well as the mind. Everyone is using the tools of Yoga for fitness & healthy living. At the same time there is a vast majority who feels Yoga is slow, boring, and old. Well in this case ‘old’ is really the ‘gold’, because we at Yellow Circle imbibe contemporary ways of teaching while preserving its ancient essence.
The focus remains on a few major disciplines – awareness, acceptance, & control. Starting by creating awareness in your body, of the structure, functions, & most importantly – the Breath; accepting how your body is responding the certain movement inputs (twist, stretch, resistance..); learning with us how to put your mind, body, & breath to best use; and developing a control over your physical, mental, & emotional being. These sessions are designed to contribute in improving your approach to life in general
We have adopted a contemporary style of teaching, using vocabulary of functional training, resistance training, strength training, & flexibility training, using examples from daily life, so that more and more people can connect to Yoga in the easiest of the ways.
